Life Journey Redux is a song for troubled times and speaks of hope and collaboration along the path to a brighter future. A unique remix collaboration between Canadian artist CleverJoe, Tikaros (Japan) and Crown Head (Jamaica), ‘Life Journey Redux’ was released by Palace Yaad Entertainment and is now available on Spotify, iTunes and all digital outlets.
Canada musician CleverJoe was introduced to Crown Head at a roadside reggae jam in St Elizabeth, Jamaica in 2019. The two artists began working together remotely without any idea of the looming pandemic and how it would soon drastically change things for musicians.
Due to the ongoing travel restrictions and uncertainty, getting together in person to record was a challenge, which in turn presented a unique opportunity for an international collaboration. Reflecting the collaborative message of the original song by Tikaros, ‘Life Journey Redux’ was recorded/remixed by musicians in studios in Canada, Jamaica, USA and Japan.
This is the second collaboration by Crown Head and CleverJoe following the remix single ‘Llow It’, released in 2019 by Yard 127 Records.
