Growing up with 80´s Dance Cry music and 90´s Jimmy Jam / Terry Lewis era,
the dark ambience pared with syncopated synthesized sheen is one of CMG´s musical trademarks. Themes of heartbreak, longing and nostalgia lies embedded in post-disco, slow dance rhythms allowed to take the time they need. Moving on from his roots in the Swedish indie/post punk scene, CMG has continued to pursue the hunt for that sweet spot where synchronized melody, chords and beat opens up your heart.
Previously CMG was a full time member of punk-funk outfit The Je Ne Sais Quoi. Since then he has been collaborating with Nina Kinert on the Ep “All Dark Places”, appeared as guest vocalist on Jenny Wilsons “We had Everything” as well as co-writing “Closure” together with Firefox AK.
