Cnine Neno

Cnine Neno hials from Houma, Louisiana. Now located in New Orleans, Louisiana & Houston, Texas, he got his name from his very first gun which happened to be an all black 9mm. On the side of the gun it stated “C-9mm. model". His real name is Cody, so he thought Cody 9? "Cnine" was born and the name Neno just came along the way. Neno enjoyed listening to and rapping other’s music, but never thought about doing it himself until P.S.C KING taught him how to write bars. Since then, he’s never stopped. A couple years into his career, he and a fellow friend created a group called "HeRapsHeSings". It was a 2 man group, consisting of one rapper and one singer. They went on to perform for smaller and larger crowds, such as SXSW. They also opened up for major artists & were booked headliner shows in other states. Unfortunately, the group dismantled before releasing their major project. Now Neno’s coming back out as a solo artists. New brand, new sound, new everything. Cnine has a blend of Club and Radio style music. He can give you a crazy punch line that can go over your head but can also simplify for his audience so they understand. He’s opened up for multiple artist in the past Trina, Johnny Blaze, Boosie, Mista Cain, Level, Blood Raw, fox a Million , Flight Boy and more. He's an amazing artist/performer.
