Originally named "Carcass On The Highway", the band started as an experimental, cassette based, bedroom recording project that straddled multiple genres including Punk, Folk, Noise, Industrial, Lounge and Heavy Metal. Before laying the band to rest in 1999, Wells and Company would hone their sound into a Grunge/Punk/Metal hybrid that garnered descriptors like "Murder Rock" and "Ugly Sludge Punk" and comparisons to bands as wide ranging as The Melvins, The Misfits, Nirvana, The Dead Boys, The Murder Junkies, Antiseen and Nashville Pussy. The band self released somewhere in the realm of 40 full length cassette only releases, the most notable being their "Brain Biter" EP and the full length "My World: Anger, Orgasm and the Height of Hatred", both recorded at Cro-Magnon Sound (The Breeders, Guided By Voices) in Dayton, Ohio by John Shough.
