Colorblue

Colorblue were formed in November 2014. Mikko (vocals, guitar, songs) has been playing together with Antti (guitar) in different projects and bands for a long time. Benjamin (drums) and Oliver (bass) were invited to come along to form Colorblue.

Colorblue’s first single, ‘Blue is Our Color’, was released in February 2015 and created an immediate buzz with both the Finnish media and public alike. The single made waves on Finnish national radio YleX and was chosen on their weekly ”Best Right Now!” feature, whilst the track also received great feedback from music blogs in Finland.

On their first album “Beyond the Greatest Oceans”, Colorblue blend contemporary electronic sounds with classic, catchy pop-rock anthems bringing back their own brand of melodic pop music, with the kind of sing-a-long choruses you’ve been waiting for all these years.

Colorblue's second album "The Path to Nowhere" presents twelve songs of sweet melancholia. Their sound contains same time sensitive and aggressive vibes. That is also known as Colorblue sound.
