Colorist is the music project of Caroline Kox and Antonio de Luca, optionally also with various instrumentalists. Between new music and electronic dance music, they always focus on unpleasant, dark topics. Scratching in the dirty seams is their modus operandi. Through constant reinvention, they have earned a reputation as an uncompromisingly hypnotic electronic music act. In their shows they always try out new things: between theatrical choir performances, danceable electronic sets, prepared piano concerts or meditative organ works, they always try to find a connection between contemporary music and pop. This oscillation between electronic dance music and avant-garde positions is the central theme in their music.
They were portrayed by „arte Tracks“ back in 2011 and played several shows abroad, e.g. in China, Istanbul.
