Nu-Metal / Post-Metalcore band, founded in 2020, Munich, Germany

Guitarist Konni and drummer Dave had already started making music together in 2015 and knew each other from school. With their german Hardcore band <a href="spotify:artist:651mJVutjFaUUSPp8TlzjH" data-name="Kann Tod Frieden Bringen">Kann Tod Frieden Bringen</a> they quickly started to make a name for themselves in the local scene. After an album, an EP release and placing 3rd in the Emergenza band contest, they were joined in 2017 by bassist Max. It was in this time they got to know Jordan, guitarist and singer for the Metalcore band <a href="spotify:artist:7qMpiaO5yi6cDOQrJdCwii" data-name="Tonight We Hunt">Tonight We Hunt</a> and quickly bonded over their similar taste in heavy music. After the disbanding of their respective bands, they together decided to reform as <a href="spotify:artist:7j4VhSiGYOEPBN12EytL7b" data-name="Commence">Commence</a> and started writing music and recording demos. Realising there was still a need for brutal vocals in their vision of the band, they asked shouter Viktor of Metalcore-Band <a href="spotify:artist:0qlv8qmRWLJEUGjTXP2M47" data-name="Byheart">Byheart</a> to join them, who was immediately on board after hearing their first songs. Now a complete 5-piece, <a href="spotify:artist:7j4VhSiGYOEPBN12EytL7b" data-name="Commence">Commence</a> went into the long process of writing, recording and mixing. They released their Debut-EP Rift in Spring 2022.

Their style is a blend of classic Nu-Metal, reminding of <a href="spotify:artist:165ZgPlLkK7bf5bDoFc6Sb" data-name="Limp Bizkit">Limp Bizkit</a> Bizkit or <a href="spotify:artist:6XyY86QOPPrYVGvF9ch6wz" data-name="Linkin Park">Linkin Park</a> Park, and heavy modern Post-Metalcore, inspired by bands such as <a href="spotify:artist:4MzJMcHQBl9SIYSjwWn8QW" data-name="Spiritbox">Spiritbox</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3qyg72RGnGdF521zMU02u9" data-name="Northlane">Northlane</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2tjnvrUmP46XNjFh9V0NGc" data-name="Alpha Wolf">Alpha Wolf</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:2dE5audbkV3o5cKxvM7lBD" data-name="Thornhill">Thornhill</a>

and enjoyed by live audiences.
