Complainer. began as a folk/punk solo project from Micah Cotner (guitars, vocals), in
2014. In 2016 it evolved into a fluid, rotating lineup that features upwards of eight musicians at a time including trombone and trumpet. Reminiscent of AJJ, The Smith Street Band, and Bomb the Music Industry!, Complainer. is an amalgamation of folk, punk, and plenty of ska. With tons of hooks and infectious melodies, Complainer. delivers catchy, beer-soaked sing-a-longs full of honesty, humor and self-deprecation.
