We are COMPOSIT (aka Dean & Mark). We make electronic pop/rock. We like a lot of different styles of music and like to mix up our sound, but we've been known to incorporate retro gaming elements, synths, epic guitar solos, lots of emotion and big harmonies whenever possible. We aim for fresh, but nostalgic!

We've been making music together for more than six years.

We're about to release our latest EP: 2.1: Game Face - a collection of songs inspired by music from the NES and SNES video game system we both grew up playing. It follows three singles, Make It Right (April 2021), and Alpha (July 2020) and the title track Game Face (June 2021). The EP contains four never, never-before-heard tracks and we hope you enjoy it!

Our standalone single/EP, ALL WE ARE, was released in June 2019, featured on radio across the Maritime region, and was chosen by Bill Roach from CBC Radio One for East Coast Music Hour's Summer Sounds episode (6/20/2019)!

Our debut album, 1.1: The Depths, was released in late 2016. In 2020 we released a full acoustic remake of that album to show another side of ourselves.
