Connersvine

The Christian acoustic rock duo Connersvine is comprised of Chris Wilson and professional footballer Hunter Smith, who met in 2001 and formed a fast friendship while leading worship for a young adult ministry in southern Indianapolis. Although born and raised in Texas, Smith later relocated to Indianapolis following a four-year residence at Norte Dame, where his prowess on the football field landed him a contract with the NFL Colts. Meanwhile, Wilson had been studying guitar and helping with local worship services since middle school. He and Smith soon began working alongside one another at Every Nation Church, and a musical partnership flourished.
