Mary Bolt and Chris Peters are New York-based singer-songwriters. They built Constant Strangers out of a connection, sometimes close, sometimes distant, sometimes tumultuous, sometimes easy, always honest and surprising. It makes sense, then, that the songs they write speak as much to the resilience of intimacy as to the poison of loneliness. Recorded and mixed from opposite sides of the country during quarantine, Constant Strangers' self-titled debut EP is itself a struggle to connect.
