An Indianapolis native and lifelong musician, Cory Williams is a versatile artist with a captivating style. Influenced by the great songwriters of old, Cory has his own unique sound with reflective lyrics , that make the mind wander. Think in the musical vein of Hiss Golden Messenger and Rayland Baxter meanwhile his vocals are reminiscent of a grittier Peter Gabriel . Cory’s music transcends many genres including indie-folk, alt-country and pop rock with a singer-songwriter at its heart.
His 5th Studio album, Heart of Hearts is slated for release in Fall 2025, marks a powerful new chapter in his artistry. The title track and lead single, “Heart of Hearts,” is a poignant meditation on trust, timing, and the quiet confidence that everything unfolds as it should. Written from a place of deep personal belief, the song radiates a gentle strength that resonates long after the final note.
