When you say that something is “cosmic,” it is awesome. Just like how coincidence brought the band together.

“Parasol,” on the other hand is a type of an umbrella, usually used for sunny days.

“Cosmic Parasols” is a bunch of “kids-at-heart” that the universe amazingly conspired to bump into each other – totally meant to create happy poppy music, not only for sunshiny days; but for rainy melancholic moments as well. :)
