Costanza Alegiani

Singer, composer, lyricist. She is interested in exploring music, discovering inner sounds of words, immerging herself in great stories and singing about them.
Among her recordings: "Grace in Town"(Parco della Musica Records and Jando Music 2018), written four hands with Fabrizio Sferra (with the participation of R.Cecchetto, F.Diodati, F.Ponticelli, A.Gwis, F.Scettri). The live album "Janis", recorded at the Casa del Jazz in Rome, for the series of live recordings "Jazz Italiano Live", an initiative of the publishing group L'Espresso di Repubblica; her debut album as a soloist "Fair is Foul and Foul is Fair" (Improvvisatore Involontario 2014) inspired by Verdi's Macbeth and Otello. "Oscene Rivolte" (Parco della Musica Records 2019), with Paolo Damiani's National Jazz Giovani Talenti Orchestra. 
Many collaborations in the field of theatre and live performance, including: the vocal performance "Instruments for Inquiring into the Wind and the Shaking Earth", opening event of the exhibition La Sottigliezza delle cose elevate (July 2020) by the artist Andrea Galvani, at Ex Macro Testaccio. The theatrical opera La Buona novella (with Mario Brunello, Stefano Benni, Vinicio Capossela),Threepenny Opera with L' Orchestra MUSA of the University La Sapienza of Rome. She participated in the choir of voices for the creation and production of "L'ultima volta che vidi mio padre" by Chiara Guidi (Societas Raffaello Sanzio)
