After 30 years and Hurricane Katrina, Mentz discovered his missing music, tapes and recordings. In the past year, Mentz has re-engineered many of his songs that are influenced by his years of DJ work and influences from Funk, Soul, Jazz, R&B, Blues, Rock. Punk Rock and New Wave Musicians. George S. Mentz, JD, MBA is a poet (40+ years), author, and songwriter (30+ years), as well as a noted DJ, musician, attorney, educator, and global executive. His lifelong dedication to creative expression and intellectual development has positioned him as a rare polymath who bridges the worlds of law, finance, education, and the arts.

Comm'r Mentz has built a distinguished professional career as an international lawyer and and teacher, and Mentz is the CEO of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM®), a worldwide certification and standards body with members in over 150 countries. Through this leadership , Mentz shaped global education in areas such as wealth management, project management, and financial services. He has also served in government leadership positions, including as a White House Commissioner, an elected Chair of the Civil Service Commissioner and Airport Commissioner.

As an award-winning author, Mentz has written extensively on topics including success psychology & metaphysical philosophy. His works often explore human potential, consciousness, & achievement, blending classical success principles with modern and “quantum” perspectives on personal development.
