Formed in August 2019, Essex based 5 piece rock/metal band Counting The Killers are all the best parts of your favourite heavy guitar bands combined.
Aggressive, Melodic and Relatable.
The bands debut single WINTER, was released on 18th April 2020 and is taken from the e. p HIDDEN IN THE OPEN
The single was dubbed (covid isolation mix) and was later rereleased in August 2020 both versions had a video to accompany the track.
September 27th the band launched the single COUNTING THE KILLERS with a video premiere on 3rd October, this also coincided with an interview and airplay of WINTER on the BBC.
October 25th 2020 The band release HEAD ABOVE WATER, a track that deals with depression. On the back of the release the band launch a charity appeal to raise money for THE CALM ZONE and THE ART MINISTRY.
The music video is released on 31st October 2020
The band finished 2020 with the release of the single ANOTHER SHORE at midnight on New Year's eve and was quickly picked up and put into over a dozen Spotify playlists within the first day. Over the following months the band released WHISPERED TORMENT along with studio footage from recording sessions to accompany the song.
The band ce to an end in September, and released the 6th and final track from the e.p ROYAL 10.
