Craig McKerron is a songwriter and multi instrumentalist. He has recorded with Juno Award winning producer / jazz bassist Rick Kilburn and received FACTOR funding for projects licensed for feature film and television. Cabin Fever was recorded on Saltspring Island as a reply to the pandemic lockdown: A collection of 11 songs; 5 originals and 6 covers including Jimmy Rodgers (waiting for a train), Muddy Waters (I can't be satisfied), the Reverend Gary Davis (death don't have no mercy), Robert Johnson (love in vain), Bob Dylan's (tonight I'll be staying here with you) and Woody Guthrie’s (Vigilante Man); the album includes interpretations of the work of these legendary American songwriters and original material with Craig contributing vocals, guitars & slide guitar, mandolin, banjo and accordion. Alan Kerr plays upright bass and Jose Sanchez makes an appearance on "Quit this Thing" adding percussion. Mixed with Daryl Chonka / Mastered by Graemme Brown.
