Creature of Routine is a project band by Jeremy Hurley-Paul from Geelong, Australia. The influences of old school rock, psychedelics, metal and blues brings together a diverse range of music for inspiration. With the likes of Black Sabbath, Tool, Ash Grunwald, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Metallica and Motorhead just to name a few, the power of such influences helps to create a retro sound that has been loved for decades but also brings about something fresh with variation and compelling song writing ideas.
2022 saw three hefty songs being written, arranged and eventually taken to the studio where they were recorded and produced in distinct fashion at Almach Studios in Geelong. The release of the band's first three songs 'We're Back', 'Everything In His Power' and 'My Last Hope' brings excitement that 2023 and beyond will have plenty of people tuning in. \m/
