“Being down-to earth” the art of success.
Benjamin D. aka Crotekk clearly shows this in different ways daily. Up-most is his love of music and his drive to keep the world’s best ‘techno scene ‘of music alive.
The goals he set for himself, he has already exceeded. He is the guy everyone recognises and loves not only because of his sound but also for his balanced demeanour.
Crotekk first visits to the Techno parties were back in 2008, at the age of 15. He realised early on that commercial ‘Mainstream-House’ did not excite him. “The first club I frequently went to was the ‘Glashaus Centre’ in Worbis. The only reason for that was the ‘Bunkerfloor’ ”, where his idol An-Dreh played Hardtechno. Crotekk credits his idol for his own love and passion for fast, hard and brute forced Techno. It took Crotekk 2 years to progress his music before he finally scored a gig at the ‘Exit Club’ in Heiligenstadt where he was to introduce his sound for the first time.
The crowd was thrilled and Crotekk went onwards and upwards from there on in. His popularity grew without a limit in sight. Agents and Clubs from everywhere started to fall over each other to get him to perform at their venues.
Wanja from Tekk Freakz recognised Crotekk’s talent signed him. From here on in Crotekk was a celebrated name in the East of Germany.
In 2013 Crotekk met the Acid Wars Crew from Nordrhein-Westfalen. The crew loved his music and made his dream come true. A Festival Gig at Ruhr in Love and Nature One.
