Cruz Rock (born Frankie Garcia) is a Latin Caribbean Singer, Songwriter, and Producer from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. His heritage traces back to Trinidad & Tobago, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Vieques. Born to a Trinidadian mother and a Puerto Rican father, he is a mixture of two very influential cultures. He creates various styles of music fusing a Caribbean, American and Latin style that is undeniably attractive to listeners.
His collaborations with Beenie Man, Amara La Negra, Lennox (of Zion y Lennox), Midnite Band, and more has solidified his career as a hit maker, producer and songwriter.
Cruz Rock is often referred to as the King of the Caribbean, following his appearance on NBC's "American Song Contest" as the world witnessed his unique capabilities of fusing Caribbean genres, dance and art. Being the first Latin Artist to reach stardom from his country he is also known as the Latin King of the Virgin Islands spearheading a movement and liberating many Latin people in the U.S. territory, using his platform to bring recognition to the unfair treatment of Latinos and indigenous people in his country.
His 3rd independent album "Xultura" released in 2023 peaked at number 4 on the Apple Music Charts. With several songs from the album charting as high as number 1 in over 30 countries. He would then become one of the only independent artists with no label representation to appear on every prestigious platform in the Latin Industry.
