Crzwn

Srinjay Dey (Born On 3rd January, 2003 in Kolkata, India) known by his stage name "Crzwn" (pronounced as "Crown") is a young musician - lyricist, rapper, singer, songwriter - from Kolkata, India. He is inspired by a line up of genres which majorly includes Hiphop, Synthwave, Blues, Pop, RnB, Funk, Soul etc. Crzwn started from writing his first rap at the age of 16 in 2019, his music has influences from artists of various genres. For the artist it is about inspirations in various forms and sounds at a particular point of conciousness that can push him to create music that will serve as a blueprint for everyone involved in the creation process.

Although Crzwn started off as and is a rapper, the artist refuses to stay in the conventional approaches towards what generally is addressed as "Hiphop Music" or "Rap Music". It is hard for the artist to stay bounded in the generic approaches when it comes to the creation process. Along with the previously mentioned genres, the artist also tends to have an interest in Indie Rock, Garrage Rock, Jazz, Raggae and a bit of Rock n Roll.

Crzwn officially changed his name from "Crown" to "Crzwn" on 16th February, 2021 for avoiding trademark issues.
