In increasingly troubled times, St. Paul Minnesota-based metal band Cwn Annwn (pronounced coo-nuh-NOON) knows what the world needs - songs about hideous deep sea fish, Conan The Barbarian and ultra-obscure Eric Stanze arthouse films.

With the release of their fifth album "Patron Saint", Cwn Annwn muses on these and other important topics throughout eight adrenaline-fueled tracks that draw influence from Iron Maiden, 3 Inches Of Blood, Carcass, and a world that takes itself too seriously.

While fans of vintage fuzz and safe driving at 72 BPM or less will likely not find the album to taste, the glossy production achieved by Ian Combs of ICombsProduction and RiverRock Studios ensures "Patron Saint" plays very nicely with whatever inoffensive pop Karen has clogged up your workplace's shared Spotify playlist with.
