Born in New Zealand 🇳🇿 and raised in South Auckland the 1st quarter of my life was spent in otara there was a strong presence of gangsters from the new Zealand underworld present in the house I was brought up in notorious gangsters and drug dealers walking in and out of my house on a daily basis is just the way we were raised from my parents and with the gangs and drugs came the party's a strong presence of addicts consuming narcotics in the house and domestic violence after my mother and father split my father moved us into a house out in West Auckland he had moved back with his storm trooper brother and I was stuck in the middle of it all at the time I ended up getting enrolled into my 1st primary and went to school with my cousin out in Te-Atatu in the early 90s they used to put head phones on me and play music to me to put me to sleep i come from a house that was loud with music playing every day to a quiet family house was strange to me and uncomfortable the following year my mother had returned and my father moved us back in with her my mother's younger brother had just became the president of the New Zealand Nomads so there was a strong presence of mads blacks n other gangs some of New Zealands most high profiled gangsters at the time and because i was always around those sort of people raised in that environment I've seen a lot in my life my lyrics are true story's from my life written from my point of view cyklone was my nickname growing up as a kid REAL TALK
