Cynthia Lok is multi-award-winning Canadian Christian artist and songwriter who is passionate in leading people in worship to encounter Jesus in an intimate way so that they can experience His comfort, healing, and freedom. Her lyrics reflect her raw and honest prayers to God with fresh new pop sounds.
Since releasing her first full length album entitled “Bitter into Sweet” in 2023, she has gained significant strides. In 2023, she won two GMA Covenant awards for Adult Contemporary Song of the Year (My Home) and Collaboration of the Year (My Home); she was nominated for the Spiritual Artist of the Year award at the Western Canadian Music Awards in 2024; and her song “Take Courage” spent 15 weeks on the Canadian Christian Radio TOP 30 Charts in the summer of 2024.
In her latest album released “Promise”, she shares her personal journey with God, crafting songs that resonate deeply with listeners through universal human experiences of pain, brokenness, shame and hurt, to courage, healing, hope and freedom.
