Raised in Ward 8 Southeast, Washington DC. Producer, artist, song writer and engineer D-Cannon has branded himself as being one of the rawest artist in the game. Using R.A.W. as an acronym for Real Always Wins. Believing that being raw is about completely being true to yourself, being real with those around you at all times and living by a code of honor. Speaking his life through his music through the good, bad, ups and downs, he shares his story with the world. His mixtape “God Bless Tha Sinner” was released in 2014 which featured his most popular record “Trust Issues” which was streamed over 200,000 times across platforms with no label budget or marketing. The project also had a feature from <a href="spotify:artist:2TD63ASEB2JcYY3C4KWJjz" data-name="Yung Gleesh">Yung Gleesh</a> &amp; production from the likes of <a href="spotify:artist:1MiA6VNBGK63gBhLhvxG7p" data-name="Sosa 808">Sosa 808</a>, Tarentino of 808 Mafia and <a href="spotify:artist:3PnT7aTxUMqy4ZmBE8m2dg" data-name="DjSwift813">DjSwift813</a>. In 2018 he made his debut as a major label producer, co-producing the smash-single “45 &amp; A Glock 9” by <a href="spotify:artist:4FtoEJgiU9Hr5Xsn6nD1Wq" data-name="Luh Soldier">Luh Soldier</a> featuring <a href="spotify:artist:0E3pLs4jXz9tDQGY8m1A1d" data-name="JayDaYoungan">JayDaYoungan</a> making that his first multi-million streamed record.
