Growing up on the South Side of Houston,Texas; you have two types of people; go-getters and crumb snatchers. At the young age of 13, D-Moe (L.A.R.N KingUno) chose to be a go-getter and not a crumb snatcher. When he discovered the recording studio in his Neighborhood known for launching the careers of many of Houston’s underground hip-hop artists. He was inspired to write and record his first song “Freestyle Kings” while still attending junior High school.
His big break came when he convinced Yung Husain to let him write a verse for a track called “H-Town” with M-Squad and Speekeezy Entertainment.
The other members of M-Squad were so impressed with D-Moe (L.A.R.N KingUno)’s talents they invited him to become a full member of the group, but D-Moe (L.A.R.N KingUno) was still addicted to the street life. Caught up in the rap game and his instant fame he found himself in a Harris County facility, waiting to be transferred to TDC steering down a 7 year sentence.
Cut off from his friends, family, and the music he loved; D-Moe (L.A.R.N KingUno) only choice was to focus on his writing while dreaming of his return to the studio and freedom. Now back on the streets with a vengeance D-Moe (L.A.R.N KingUno) is more than ready to showcase his talents.
