DAEV is an Italian artist who sinks its roots in international songwriting and grows up drawing inspiration from the many facets of contemporary music. His vocal and compositional skills brought him up, in the last few years, playing with several music projects in many live performances across Italy and Europe, creating his EP - DAEV - in 2013 and taking part to The Voice of Italy in 2015. His music is a bright and refined mix inspired by international pop, indie/alternative, British and American rock, with progressive contaminations and soul and gospel grains. Versatile singer with marked vocal skills, but also a good listener who has reworked in a very personal way his contaminations in the first album - News from the Universe - released by Twilight Music in December 2017. With the first single and the related video - Boxes - Daev has been selected by MTV New Generation in February 2018 among the most interesting new releases in the Italian music scene.
