Dafinchi began producing electronic music in 2019. In his youth, he experimented with different genres such as rap, reggae, dancehall and drum and bass, although at the time he mainly wrote lyrics. After moving from Karlsruhe to Kassel, he got to know collectives with whom he organized parties and worked as a DJ.
Shortly after his first stints behind the decks, he tried his own music productions. Over time he has released a number of tracks for different labels. Analogue synthesizers and drum machines are used in the production, which characterize his warm, nostalgic sound.
