Nashville-based country artist Daisy Briggs started writing songs at 12 years old, and began dreaming of moving to Nashville. She writes all her songs herself, with the majority of them written solely by Daisy alone.

Born and raised in Newport, Rhode Island, Daisy started taking guitar lessons at 13, traveling to Nashville to play her first open mic night at the Bluebird Cafe at 14. At 18, Daisy moved to Nashville to study Music Business at Belmont University, performing regularly at Belcourt Taps and other spots in the local music scene. In 2021, she played her first full-band show at Tin Roof’s “Bus Call” showcase.
