Hailing from Phillip Island, Victoria, Daisy Spratt is a singer-songwriter with a flare for poetic lyrics and storytelling. Starting out writing love songs and country music, Daisy has pivoted into soul warming indie pop songs, that give you a glimpse into vulnerable seasons in her life, with songs like Winter Coat, Come Little One (Mum Song) and Green Eyes.
Since releasing her first single, Love Like That in 2016, she has performed at festivals, such as North Australian Festival of the Arts and Tamworth Country Music Festival, and performed and written music in Nashville, Tennessee; as well as working with numerous producers and songwriters, including Rob Amoruso from Jakubi, Shannen James and Alice Blake.
Her single The Day Sadness Came To Town is her best performing song thus far, written about the day her husband received his cancer diagnosis in 2021. However, her latest 2025 release Paris was her first song to be placed on two Spotify Editorial playlists, New Music Friday AU & NZ and Tapestry within the first week of release.
Like a fine wine, her music continues to get better and better, as she dares to be honest and open in her writing. More music to come for later in 2025.
