Atmospheric guitar melodies and indie rock hooks coalesce in the sounds of singer-songwriter/guitarist Dallas David Ochoa. His music delves into many musical territories - from cinematic instrumentals to funk rock - and has been likened to the sounds of Prince, Chris Spheeris, Dave Matthews, Mike Patton, and Frank Zappa.

Dallas has performed at many festivals and showcases around America, and his music has been featured on NBC, SiriusXM, curated playlists, and is currently in rotation on FM, internet and college stations across the globe. Dallas’ unique music shines in any musical formation — solo or with his band, Dallas Ochoa Trio.

Dallas’ most recent release from Heart Dance Records - “Sirens and Sigils” - is a contemporary instrumental EP produced by acclaimed audio wizard Cass Anawaty. “Sirens and Sigils” is an emotive collection of guitar-centric music with its foundations rooted in acoustic, electric, and ambient textures. Ultimately this is Dallas’ ode to the ancient mysteries of the sea and to that nostalgic human feeling of yearning for the coastline.


“Sirens and Sigils” will be released on all major platforms on June 9, 2023, with a new single from the record dropping every month leading up its release date - starting with “Mirage” on February 17th, 2023.
