She started off with choirs and piano lessons in Houston TX, then gradually to teaching music, and now is based in Washington DC, releasing music as her art. Dama likes to paint stories and words that remain in the heart through her songs. Her goal is to make melodies that pierce the soul and words that linger in the mind.
