Damari

Damari, a 25 year old London born singer, songwriter and all round creative is a new addition to the UK RnB scene. Damari started grooming his musical talents in church from a young age where not only did he take up singing in the choir but also dabbled in playing keys and drums. Which has now heavily shaped him into the man and artist that he is today - Damari. Music and talent seems to run in his family with Nigerian music icon, Ebenezer Obey, being his grandad, so the scene should expect a lot from the Dagenham native. With Gospel playing a strong part in his life, he appreciates almost every genre but is mainly inspired by Rnb and neo-soul. He hopes to infuse a lot of genres into his music as he grows within his journey in the industry. So genre-mixing, blending and chopping is something to always expect from Damari’s music.

About Mine:
Damari’s debut single, ‘Mine’ was a process and a journey in itself to reach where it is now in it’s release stage. The song was written with the help of keyboardist and good friend, Samuel Jinadu. The final product was produced by well renowned producer Jaylow(Burna Boy) & DB. The song expresses itself through through a range of compliments and advances in an attempt to hear the one you want declare that they are yours (OR) belong to you
