Dan Alley

A native of Miamisburg Ohio, Dan Alley’s journey to success has been one of focus, hard work and determination. By the age of 15, Dan was touring with his family’s Gospel/Bluegrass band. At eighteen he was playing his music in bars every night. And by his twenty-first birthday, Dan moved to Nashville and had his first publishing deal. For three years, Alley played 250 dates a year, building his fan base one at a time. And by the time he turned 24, he was signed to a label.
It was shortly after Alley moved to Nashville when industry veteran John Northrup reached out to Dan about representing him. They shook hands and soon after Dan was thrown into the world of co-writing.
Hall of Fame writer Casey Beathard recognized a kindred talent from the start. “Dan got my attention immediately. He is unapologetically ‘old-school country’. I really appreciate his awareness of hearing and watching life and noticing what parts would make a meaningful country song. He also knows how to deliver a lyric with his identifiable voice.”
