My name is Dan Quelle, and I live in the heart of Silkeborg, Denmark, where I write songs, poems, fairy tales, and books — as well as create images and videos. My purpose is to bring joy, but also to inspire deeper reflection and thought.
I’m not here to make money. The lifelong pursuit of wealth and prestige has damaged my health. I live with Parkinson’s disease and heart failure, and I’ve retired from working life. My job now is to take care of my health — and I’ve found new meaning through art and words.

No estoy aquí para ganar dinero. La búsqueda de riqueza y prestigio durante muchos años dañó mi salud. Vivo con la enfermedad de Parkinson y una insuficiencia cardíaca, y me he retirado de la vida laboral. Mi trabajo ahora es cuidar mi salud — y he encontrado un nuevo sentido a través del arte y las palabras.
