Los Angeles based Dj’s DANCE///ME - Christian Guzman and Matt Salazar, have been playing music together since 2013 brining a fusion of jazzy, hip-hop influenced house along with other experimental and wonky sounds to the dance floor throughout the local scene in their area, and have been seen playing at some of LA’s greatest parties paired on bills with the likings of artist such as; Cody Currie, Thatmanmonkz, Frits Wentink, Seven Davis Jr, J Paul Ghetto and many more alike.
In 2018, Christian and Matt, set out to bring a new sound coming from across the pond, something much different, a bit dusty, and a tinge on the drunken side of the sound spectrum. With this idea in mind the two started hosting an after hours they dubbed ‘The GYM’; a night bringing a heavy weight soundscape with infectious grooves that caters a lo-fi aesthetic.
