The ƉΛNƉY ΛT THE NIGHT (also known by the acronym DATN) are an Italian alternative rap duo formed in 2018 in Emilia-Romagna. The founders, as well as members, are RPB (and his different alter egos: Rick Sagane and Human Dimension) and VDY (and his different alter egos: Vady Zaraki and Marilyn Dollars). Through various music sharing platforms such as: Spotify, Youtube and Soundcloud the duo manages to present themselves in the Italian underground hip hop scene, experimenting with sounds ranging from alternative Rock, to Trap, to Rap, to Metal, to Dubstep and to Electronic music; Mixing more genres and sounds so as to define himself as “Sonosnauti” (translated: Travelers of sounds). Their songs are also appreciated for being almost entirely self-produced.
The duo also founded their own record label, DandyEmpire Records, through which they release all their productions.
After experimenting with more and more sounds, with over 100 unreleased songs, and after having published several official songs on Youtube and Spotify, on December 31, 2021 they release their first official album: DATN-21: APOTEOSI. The album proposes as a sort of trip within different mixed sounds and themes ranging from simple to complex.
