Although he is only twenty-five years old, Dani López has been working as an arranger, composer, multi-instrumentalist and producer, for over ten years. Now he presents Dani López Quartet, a project that navigates between various musical genres such as jazz, electronic music, contemporary music, chamber music and pop.
The songs are inspired by daily life, readings and free imagination. With the use of electronics, synthesizers and each musician’s unique sound they explore the many possibilities of the quartet, which provides great richness between experimentation and tradition.
For this project, Dani López on saxophones, flute, piano, synthesizer and voice, is accompanied by Alejandro Esperanza on the piano and synthesizer, Vic Moliner on the double bass and bass synthesizer, and Andreu Moreno on the drums and SPD. The four musicians have shared the stage before, playing alongside Magalí Sare, el Quartet Mèlt and Clara Peya.
