“Daniel Rey” is the solo Americana side-project of singer/songwriter Dejan Kralj, who has spent the better part of the last three decades plying his trade as a songwriter and bass guitarist with Milwaukee's reclusive pop-rock outfit and former Atlantic Records Recording Artist, EMI Publishing Artist and 2012 Wisconsin Area Music Industry Hall of Fame Inductees, The Gufs. Although currently residing just outside of Chicago in the "Veltway" Corridor of Berwyn, Cicero and Oak Park, Rey (the Spanish translation of Kralj) splits his time between his musical "hometown" of Milwaukee and a small rural homestead in southeastern Indiana. Through Daniel Rey, Kralj rambles off to explore a musical landscape far from the familiar sounds that most have associated with him and his music over the years. Daniel Rey will release his debut album, "Living Low" in 2020.
