Daniel Benjamin Ziesemer, violin. At the age of three Daniel began his violin training with William Fuhrberg. In 1998 he added piano, organ and music theory with M. Dean Kincaid. He continued studying violin with Roland and Almita Vamos, and has participated in masterclasses and coaching from various artists. In 2003 he was invited to Russia to play a series Christmas banquets honoring retired teachers in Moscow, and has played for many international delegations, banquets and conferences. In 2015 Daniel was a semifinalist in the Washington International String Competition. In 2020, Daniel was one of five finalists in the William C. Byrd International Young Artist Competition in Flint, Michigan. He, along with his parents, founded Ziesemer Family Publishers, (zfpublishers.com) and he has written numerous transcriptions and arrangements for violin and piano.
