Daniel Ferreira as known as Danny Francis is a Portuguese singer/songwriter from Porto, who explores Afrobeats, R&B and Pop genres. Born in Valongo, a small city near Porto, Danny Francis started his music career in 2020 with a rap/trap single, called " Why You Nervous ".
After that single, he realized that it was not the type of vibes he wanted to convey to people. Danny Francis then began releasing Afrobeats songs, such as “ Wine Pon Me “, “ Lock Me Up “, “ End Of The Line “ featuring VCR.
In 2022/2023 armed with more knowledge about music and Afrobeats genres, he continued to release more singles like “ Easy “, “ Freshman “, “ Drama “ and “ Don’t Go Away “, until he decided it was time to create a more elaborated project. This led to his debut EP “ Strange Tides “ which was released in September 2023.
