Danny Merritt has come far and has so much farther to go with his wide variety of music. Born in Pasadena Ca, his parents gifted him with a wide taste in music. While mom played soul, classic rock, and R&B his dad built his foundation on his love for hip hop. While making music on and off for the first few years of getting his feet wet, Danny finally locked in and started giving solid fan favorites such as “Thoughts in a Bag” or “Rolls Royce Freestyle” as well as his biggest track to date titled “ Maleficent Interlude”. His first EP “ ABOVETHEWEATHER” which the idea was created after a bout with the flu, Danny finally honed his sound and created the brand “Slow $ Steady” by which he lives his life mantra by meaning everything comes in due time. Due to Covid show restrictions left him unable to perform, yet he dropped a solid amount of singles in 2021 including his current offering “ The Ghost EP” which out now via all outlets. Danny’s brand is definitely here to stay and something we can look forward to for futures to come a real artist with impactful lyrics about growing and his current state of affairs.
