Dante Beverley

Rafael Dante Velders also known as <a href="spotify:artist:6Xu2lwQNv28ckhZUsduf2K" data-name="Dante Beverley">Dante Beverley</a> is an artist and singer/songwriter, born in the Dutch city of Rotterdam. In his early years, he grew up around classic soul music from the 60&#39;s and 70&#39;s due to daily trips to his grandmother while his parents were out working. Later on, he started to discover his love for songwriting and entertainment, performing at the talent show of his elementary school at the age of 7 and writing his first song at 9 years old. Around the age of 15, he and two of his cousins started a group called &#34;SMV&#34; which was a combination of rap and R&amp;B music. This resulted in his first professional recording experience in the famous local Wow Pow studios, where established Dutch acts like <a href="spotify:artist:5GvMLzUp6tMBpaCbr903RN" data-name="Broederliefde">Broederliefde</a> often recorded their music. With the goal to find his own sound, he left the group in 2017 and started recording solo tracks with various producers.


In 2018, he met the Dutch producer/sound engineer <a href="spotify:artist:2awLGLJk1zpAKcKQGAmsQG" data-name="LOOT">LOOT</a> who he recorded his first solo single with, titled &#34;<a href="spotify:album:5pFt9nsKH2oQaXxr4MnPmC" data-name="Only You">Only You</a>&#39;&#39; and became Dante&#39;s permanent producer/sound engineer during 2019. In 2020, Dante released three singles titled &#39;&#39;<a href="spotify:album:2gAPiqmDMWtoMD0jc3xLrd" data-name="Sexual Groove">Sexual Groove</a>&#39;&#39;, &#34;<a href="spotify:album:2TitIsJ2EqhgZl379H9kVh" data-name="O.T.T.">O.T.T.</a>&#34; and &#34;<a href="spotify:track:45zH5EtKT1PKA4CfLzLM1p" data-name="The 10">The 10</a>&#34; all produced by <a href="spotify:artist:2awLGLJk1zpAKcKQGAmsQG" data-name="LOOT">LOOT</a>. In December 2020, Dante released &#34;Sleepless Nights&#34;, his first single with Dutch producer <a href="spotify:artist:38w0b6GyhQaQdDjJ4r3Wwp" data-name="Dane Cage">Dane Cage</a>. Dante started 2021 with the release of his single &#34;Fantasy&#34; as the first of a series of upcoming singles.
