Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist born and raised in Rome but of Czech
descent, endowed with an uncommon eclecticism and sensitivity, in her solo debut
Daniela "Dan" Mariti exposes her own fragilities by telling through a dreamy and
nuanced vocality the fears and hesitations of a girl entering adulthood, facing this great
change that inevitably brings within itself the fear of changing and no longer
recognizing herself as a person: «The fear of losing the key that can open your doors, as
a metaphor for the aspects of your character that you are proud of, your passions, your
authenticity, your feelings». In 2023 she joined as solo artist the roster of WWNBB (We Were Never Being Boring Collective), an independent Italian-American record label based in San Francisco. She released her first two singles Keys in October and Sides in December 2023. In March Danxgerous played 4 shows in Austin, Texas for the SXSW Festival. She is also the lead singer of the band In June. "Cold Yet Dazzling" is her third single, out on June the 7th for We Were Never Being Boring record label.
