His published works include short story collections The Book of Revelations (2019) and If You Are Reading This Then Drink Water (2020), poetry chapbooks such as Notes For A Mid-Youth Crisis (2022) and Enigmatic (2023), as well as non-fiction titles including Lonely Boy: Musings on Death, Mental Health and Relationships (2022) and the forthcoming A Brief Inhalation (2025).

His writing has appeared in numerous literary journals, and he has received awards and recognition including the From The Well Short Story Competition (2021) and the Duncairn Flash Fiction Competition (2024). Beyond writing, Daragh is a passionate mental health advocate and sought-after speaker, having delivered talks at TEDx and corporate events, and serving as an ambassador for See Change Ireland and Movember Ireland.
