DaRe

A producer and artist from Lagos, Nigeria, DaRe began his musical journey making beats for friends and teaching himself to play the guitar in secondary school.

He continued making music even after secondary school and moved to London to get a university degree. He continued making music but never released stuff as he was on a hiatus.

He took a hiatus from making music to focus on personal things in his life. He continued making music but never released stuff as he was on a hiatus.

He moved back to Lagos, Nigeria in December 2017 and opened a music studio by April 2018.

He has a large vinyl record collection, which he listens to regularly which influences his sound too. He has a mission to bring back good music and also bring back music that you can have fun and dance to but also chill to.

He has a very diverse style of production as seen on songs like Another Planet (DaRe &amp; Tim Lyre ft. Idris King), My People (Teffy), Mbappe, Dribble Dem All (Idris King), Shak Me (Tim Lyre), etc which were all released in 2018.
