Darius Degher is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. He's also a published poet. He's released six singer-songwriter albums and performed at venues across the USA, from the Troubadour to CBGB, opening shows for Don McLean, Guy Clark, Doctor John, and many others. His songs and videos have aired on radio and TV. He played sitar on Warren Zevon’s "Bad Karma.”

His most recent release is the album "Rhyme in the Wreckage." These were preceded by "Open Question to the Sky," “The Coyote Cantos" and “Eleven Story Strum.” In his earlier years, he went by just "Darius" and released "Cardboard Confessional” (Gold Castle Recs.) and “Garage Sale of the Soul."

Darius has also released three albums of instrumental music as the Westwatcher and recorded with the groups Stark Shay, the Sham Saints, Burning Bridges, and Darius & the Magnets. He's also produced the recordings of his singer-songwriter daughters Cleopatra and Cordelia. His music has been nominated for three San Diego Music Awards.
