DataJet, AKA: Alex Moreno has been an active part of the local rock scene in both the Inland Empire and the San Gabriel Valley since 2013. Originally born in Pasadena, Moreno and his family relocated to Claremont, California in 2005. Moreno originally began under the name X-16, experimenting as a DJ with various hip hop projects dating back to 2014. Being a member for durations in metal or hard rock bands such as Meltdown, Vexxum, Set Blasters, Sulphur Butterfly, Commuterz, and most recently Apollo 03; performing and writing for their 'Supernova' album. Moreno has utilized a style reminiscent of 2000s alternative metal with elements of industrial, and hip-hop combining elements of his previous projects spanning both genres for well over a decade. His hip hop influences span from West Coast Gangsta Rap to Texas Chopped & Screwed.
