Born and raised in the small town of Hope, AR, Davante was very involved with music early on. He was able to enjoy an eclectic mixture of musical influences. Gospel, funk, 70s-90s R&B are just a few ingredients in the pot of what brings together the sounds of his “Velvet” voice. Now based in Dallas, TX, he plans on letting the world see his smooth, silky soul.
