Dave Beegle wais something of a guitar fanatic. Based in Colorado, he worked as a member of groups like Fourth Estate, The Beegle-Olson-Quist Trio, Blinddog Smokin', and Artifact Symphony before embarking on a solo career. He was also a notable hired gun on projects by a wide variety of other artistsl. In addition his career as a guitar virtuoso, Beegle was also a composer, producer, and music teacherr. His solo album A Year Closer appeared in 1999. Three years later, the guitarist dropped Beyond the Desert, which featured The Dave Beegle Acoustic Band. Bassist Mike Olson, drummer Matt Henderson, percussionist Erik Meyer, and guitarist Aaron Lee all contributed to the world-beat flavored project. ~ Gary Hill, Rovi
